sugarlogmaker is a free tool for making paper blood sugar logs. You pick who the log is for, set your units and testing times, and print it or save a PDF.
Why paper
Meters and apps store numbers, but many people still find a paper log easier to read, easier to share at an appointment, and easier to keep up. Most printable logs online are fixed PDFs: wrong units, wrong times, too many or too few columns. sugarlogmaker lets you shape the log around your own day.
The pocket card
The pocket card is based on a paper log that has been carried in a meter case and filled in by hand every day for years: readings and insulin on the left, carbs on the right, a mark for each day in target. It folds to A6 and sits next to the test strips.
How the site works
